I'm super excited to reveal our first ever Voice Over contest! Basically if you have the ability to record audio, and have minor acting abilities, you qualify for the contest.
THE RULES: Submit a recording of the lines below (two takes per line) In WAV format to me via a PM. Additionally you may add 3 Ad-libed lines to your submission. All contestants that have submitted shall then be voted upon by the community after the submission period. First Place shall be the actor for the Strident Class Heavy Frigate, second place will be sent a script for the Sahara Class Heavy Prowler! All submissions must be in by Friday January 31 10:00pm Mountain Standard Time. You can send the file to me via dropboxlink, or any uploading service. If you have a Mic but no program, check out Audacity. Its Free Lastly have fun and be supportive of other contestants!
The VO: The Voice Over is for the Strident Class Heavy Frigate
In the game Sins of the Prophets, the Strident will be a ship that is deployed as an ability from the UNSC Infinity and will be the first standard frigate to have shields! The character is a Cocky Frigate Captain (any sex, any accent) that controls a highly advanced prototype frigate, that occasionally refers to the infinity as Big Moma
