Covenant War (Campaign Map)

The inevitable Covenant attack killed billions, forcing the United Nations to total war.

Player 1: UNSC Ally
Player 2: UNSC Ally
Player 3: Covenant Ally
Player 4: Covenant Enemy
 
1. Download SotP Covenant War 1.1.galaxy

2. Move SotP Covenant War 1.1.galaxy to Documents/My Games/Ironclad Games/Sins of a Solar Empire Rebellion/GalaxyForge

Set Game Options to:
Locked Teams, Large Fleet Sizes, Flood Inactive, Normal Start, No Random Events, Faster Speeds
Set Victory Options to:
Capital Victory On, Allied Victory On
Set Ally AI Defensive, Enemy AI Aggressive

Thanks, hope you have fun! There are actually hundreds of preset ships in this one. The map may lag at first, but it'll be normal after the first few minutes.

Sorry about double posting, but this is preferable to creating a new topic.

 

Version 1.1 Update:

 

The Covenant War Campaign Map has been streamlined to focus on performance and strategy. In Version 1.0, there were multiple AI v. AI battles, with canonically accurate numbers of ships fighting around planets throughout the map. These battles were removed to improve the map's speed performance, and increase the feeling of exploration. A few accurately placed planets have been added and removed, in order to force battles in particular places. Most importantly, there is more starting infrastructure for the player, enabling them to determine the map's outcome more concretely.

The UNSC still has a few sizable planets on the map that weren't canonically glassed, mostly Inner Colonies that were bypassed to attack Reach. In addition, the player controls Chi Ceti IV, which continued to produce SPARTAN and ONI-related materiel throughout the war; as such, the player has access to all combat tech.
