So with the Sahara because we already have a fair few capitals, will it replace or get rid of one or just be a addition? I know it will be a support vessel like the Valiant but will it have anything real offensive? I know the prowlers have been shown with the ability to lay mines so would they get that? What about cloaking, as this is shown as a big thing with prowlers. Lastly will the ONI sloop scout ship be replaced with anything or is it permanent?

Sloop in some form or another is permanent. It's a quick and cheap scout. As for the Sahara, the balance department is the true force on the team who will decide it's role, but what I'm pushing for is basically a glass cannon that can lay ambushes and cloak. It's not something you'd use in every battle, but if there is a ship that is really scaring you, you might use the ship to find and kill it OR degrade an oncoming fleet. Nuclear mines are an almost given, but their exact stats are up in the air. In a game where the alpha strike is critical to victory you have to be very careful in designing glass cannons because you can break the normal balance very easily.

you can pretty easily watch tutorials on stuff man, thats how i learned to model.
