Sorry if this has already been asked a million times, will the Covie starbase be mobile, or will there be two starbases, one mobile and one stationary, or just one stationary?

The station currently in game is mobile. I assume the next iteration will also be mobile since it is derived from High Charity's design.

So getting back on topic, will the covenant star base be eventually able to stand up to more than a stiff wind? IIRC, the UNSC is being re-balanced at the moment, but the Covenant are too weak to mount any sort of resistance should a UNSC fleet come calling.

Both factions have been going through a rebalancing, not just the UNSC. Anyways, that is the point. The Covenant is supposed to defend with their fleets, as seen with High Charity in Halo 2. I would like to rebalance the Covie starbase and have suggested to do so multiple times but it doesn't seem to be a priority at the moment so it has remained untouched.So getting back on topic, will the covenant star base be eventually able to stand up to more than a stiff wind?
