Okay,

so here is the problem: when i try to put a SMAC down, it says that a structure already occupies that space when their ising one at all

the gravity well had mines in it as well as a few ships, but nothing else.

i wanted to see if anyone else had this issue before submiting a bug report.

 

i was on the Fall of Reach map, UNSC start.

Are you sure there is room? You can't pack shit right next to each other even if it looks like there is space

yes, im sure. it was fully empty space in the gravity well i was in. the only other things were some mines at the entrance from the sun, but those were far from where i was trying to place the SMAC.

 

if its because of the mines, then there is a major problem. i had put autoplace structures on to test a theory, but the interface said it had placed and built them and i could not find them at all withing the gravity well.

Try redownloading/reinstalling the mod because I am positive you can place SMACs in orbit of pretty much any planet. Are you sure you are looking at the right planet?

okay, it works now. really dont know what happend. i guess i did have the wrong planet selected. thanks for the help.
