Will be implemented the badge system in the same way it's implemented in vanilla HW2?

Yes. In fact, there are badges in the released version. That is, if my memory is correct.

He's talking about badges on ships. To answer your question, no and probably never as the way vanilla does badges is its own separate mesh on the ship, it uses its own separate shaders. Now if I could make it a transparent background then it would be no problem, but that's not possible. Hopefully the system is revamped in the remake.
