Well that makes it pretty clear why Bornsteller wanted to redo the SMAC. It's quite in need of a new texture...

Well that makes it pretty clear why Bornsteller wanted to redo the SMAC. It's quite in need of a new texture...

I was trying out a new mechanic and I think I dun goofed nailed it. This is how shipyards are supposed to work, right?
