The Poseidon Class and the Vindication Class have good roles to be advanced UNSC ships, but then we would need something equivalent in the Covenant. (Don't say Covenant supercruiser, it's already in the game and is the Covenant equivalent of a Valiant Class Cruiser. Both focus on boosting Fleet Range or just having a long range in general.) Some good options would be
Reverence Class Cruiser
RCS Class Armored Cruiser
ORS Class Heavy Cruiser

As far as I know, the reason the Mod team won't put the Poseidon and Vindication classes in the mod is because their design sucks.
And I completely agree. They don't look UNSC at all.
P.S. the RCS is already present in the mod version and is being tested, it's going to be the starting capital ship for the Covenant, in a fleet support role.

The new UNSC ships look like shit. I have no plans to include any new UNSC ships beyond the Sahara, Strident, and Infinity. RCS will be in, hopefully eventually the Reverence will be in as well, as an offensive colony ship.

Thanks for the responses. In my opinion, most UNSC ships Post-War aren't the best. compared to other ships like the Halcyons or Paris Class.

Actually, it ain't that much bigger. 300 metres are not even the length of a Frigate, a difference I think you'll hardly notice.

Honestly the RCS at this time may very well be a place holder.
