I was recently playing a star wars modd for rebellion and one of the hero ships allowed it to make an in system jump into the middle of an enemy fleet could this be an ability for the covie titan since in the battle for reach it did do this

The Covie titan is not the Reach ship.

This idea has been toyed with and deemed that it would not work well for the balance of the mod that the dev team is looking for.

Can we make a better Covenant Titan ship? Its too small and pathetic really. Plus its using the Picket ship model form Covenant At War.....maybe something bigger and more intimidating?

Like a juiced up Salvation class of some kind, if not bigger? I know the Covenant arsenal had more than this.

This isn't bungie, also there's a new model for the covenant Titan waiting to be textured

The Picket is a placeholder I believe. And size doesn't matter. (Just to cockblock you, that's what she said.)

Like others have said, it is a placeholder model. It is not small and pathetic by any means. For its cost it is a marvelous ship and does what it needs to do well. I would support lowering the tech level requirement for it so that it is more useful before the huge ass fleet engagements begin, but other than that it is a good ship. The Covenant are not supposed to have a "true" titan. They have a pseudo-titan because they are already pretty powerful as is and the Covenant didn't focus on unique flagships for fleet command and whatnot. Also, size isn't everything. I know I only tell myself that to make myself feel better but it's true ;) It does exactly what it needs to do very well.

tl;dr: deal with it

Honestly the only really unique capital ship the covenant had was the forerunner key ship in high charity. Otherwise the rest are just mass produced.

Which is impossible to make it a titan since it's a 14-km-long, almost-invulnerable-to-MAC Forerunner vessel.

I wouldn't say mass produced. Maybe comparable to America's supercarriers.

Anyways, no.

What I hate about the covenant titan is its speed boost ability. I always have to turn it off before an engagement so it doesn't rush into the enemy fleet and get killed. In my opinion, it's the reason why the ship gets killed.

And an ability - Devastating Glory. It reduces the enemy cruiser firerate, hull repair rate and speed while giving its tenant fleet increased range and accuracy.

yeah that's kinda what I was meaning. I wouldn't min seeing a completely unique Titan ship though. Lord knows the talent is overflowing in this modding team. ;)
