But it's not today's argument: today fans like me rejoice.
Well, they've probably already rejoiced months ago, but hey, no one told me ok? So I found this out now:
The SPNKr is back!
I have always loved its unique design, and have complained the new rocket launcher wasn't as pleasant to look as the Spanker, and finally, fan feedback in the HCFP - Halo Community Feedback Program - made 343i decide to bring back the SPNKr as the legendary version of the rocket launcher.
Yeah, ok, you won't be using it as often as the new one, it being Legendary and hence probably found only in one map.
But this is what I want from 343i: keep the old things, even if not as importantly utilized as before, while adding new stuff. I'll get in that program as soon as possible.
Knowing that the SPNKr is back literally made me gain a little bit of faith back. Still not sufficient to be positive toward 343i, but it's something!
