Got a map question

Hey everyone, not quite new to the mod but I was just curious if anybody else will tell me the starting positions for different maps. Maybe a good larger map that me and my two mates could play on and be left alone for a little while while playing against the AI.

In the public build? For the Post-War conflict ones, its hard because a majority of the spawns are quite close together - Hesduros, Sangheilios, Eayn and Doisiac are the AI capitals in the UNSC start (the UNSC start on the other side of the map), can't remember what order. If you pick Remnant start, you spawn on Heduros.

 

I'll get a view of the maps in Galaxy Forge for you.

Also Sev, the Covie Super-Destroyer is absolutely tiny and ridiculous, do you know if this is getting a new model? It seems kind of silly for a Titan.

Hello and welcome to the forums! There will be plenty of maps with multiple star systems when the next release will be released, just wait and you'll see.

Also Sev, the Covie Super-Destroyer is absolutely tiny and ridiculous, do you know if this is getting a new model? It seems kind of silly for a Titan.

The Super Destroyer will be replaced by Regret's personal carrier as a Titan. Super Destroyer's role in the Covenant fleet will presumably remain that of a very powerful and very expensive Capital.

Crap, the maps are massive, so I'm just going to record them here. Remember, these are only for the maps where the spawns are always set, AKA the lore maps:

Post-War Conflicts and Will of the Gods are basically the same map, but besides an extra star system, Post-War conflicts is canonically designed for only one UNSC player, while 

 

Post-War Conflicts

UNSC Spawn: Earth (Sol), the furthest out of all the spawns

Remnant Spawn: Hesduros (Salia), close to an enemy spawn at Eayn. Not a whole lot of space to develop.

AI Spawns (in order): Sangheilios (Urs), Balaho (Tala), UNSC/Remnant, Doisiac (Oth Sonin), Eayn (Y' Deio). I think thats about right.

 

Will of the Gods

UNSC Spawn: Earth (Sol)

Covenant Spawn: Sangheilios (Urs) I think?

AI Spawns: Reach (Epsilon Eridi), Ballast (Epsilon Indi), Eayn (Y' Deio), Doisiac (Oth Sonin)

 

The Final Stand

UNSC Spawn: Earth (Sol)

Covenant Spawn: Coral

AI Spawns: Arcadia (Procyon), Reach (Epsilon Eridi)

 

The other large maps are random, so the names and spawns change with each game.
