Not sure if total noob or not. But after recently getting the new updated version of the mod, I can't seem to find where you get hephestus constructors for the anchor station. Can anyone help me?

Due to a string error, it is not stated that it is built by the phoenix colony ship. This will be remedied in a hotfix very soon.

As of now, the Anchor Station is buildable through the Phoenix Class vessel.
The "Hephaestus research" string shouldn't exist. Hotfix will fix it.
