The problem is that it doesn't matter if i turn off quick start or not it still gives me capital ships, buildings etc.
Don't know what to do about it so tought maybe someone had an anwser or it is a sort of bug!

AI has a tendency to break without quickstart. So Lavo decided to to make quickstart on regardless of whether or not you turn it on or off.
