No, im going to teach myself how to make one in my spare time, which is limited due to college. BUT, if you can get a gif of that WITH the sound, please go ahead and make it :D

A really simple cheap way is get that video you want.
download format factory
convert it to .gif format.
It isn't high quality but it is fast and effective.
