I will try to translat more preciss the sangheili word from this site(http://www.thisspart...hp?topic=1928.0) into english and also try to wind the rules of this language and try to add who arent there at the moment (like house or car or somthing like that).
I also will try to improof what on this site is written, because some off the thing he wrote are not really typicall for a language ( like Broshowshki = a complete question).
If anybody want to help me, this would be great (it is raelly alot of work).

Honestly it's not surprising that 343 chose to make Sangheili sound similar to Japanese. The elites already have a ton of Japanese influences, with their code of honor, the use of the term kaidon, and of course their armor.

Anyway, i think decoding a language from a developing universe is rather impossible. If you look at poems from Tolkien, he invented and described his elven (and others) language, thing that nor Bungie, nor 343 have done so far.

(I'm willing to bet Sangheili doesn't even actually have a grammar.) Tolkien was a philologist, and just created his fantasy worlds as a place that his constructed languages could have an internal history, since he thought language was incomplete without cultural, historical and social factors to shape it. I'll be honest, I've never read a word of Tolkien's writing, but his languages are fucking fascinating. Truly art, a more complex art than I have ever seen.

Back on topic, I agree, thus i think 343i will soon have to hire a linguist to expand the Universe more than ever, building a solid background on which the fans can base on for future development.

It wouldn't surprise me if they went so far as to do that. It worked for Star Trek with Klingon (even though I'm not sure who constructed that language, if it was a hired linguist or not.) Because let's face it, once someone learns the constructed language of your franchise, they're a customer for life. What with 343i's effort to link the various Halo media together to make the story more detailed and diverse, I don't think it would be too farfetched to want to give the Halo universe that sort of authenticity. Because that's what a language buys you.

Indeed. I'm sure they will, because of their decision to not translate the Covenant language in Halo 4. Even in the books many words are implemented (for example, Arum), a clear intention to dig deeper into the Sangheili culture.
