They called Uni the "lead dev" in the second link. How do you feel about that, Canada?

Eh, they're just going off official titles. Mine is "Senior lead Development" or some bs. Honestly there's no fight for the damn hierarchy. Just get shit done and hopefully keep some respect in the process.
