Hey,

 

Since my laptop recently decided to be able to actually play the mod(thankfully) I have noticed one thing. The only glitch that I've actually faced is that whenever I tried building a CAS class, a Plot Device class would spawn, but won't be able to build anything.

 

 

Now the balance is a bit of an issue. The covenant capital ships are severely underpowered. They get taken out with just a few macs, and they don't do enough damage fast enough to compensate for their fragility.

In Firefight when one plays using the Pillar of Autumn, one cannot build anything other than the scout fighter. Can't build any modules at all either.

will u be fixing this on the remastered version?

Homeworld 2 is an old game. It uses LODs to compensate for memory when there's a lot of stuff on screen. You can turn off geometry scaling in the options, but it may lag more. Remaster will definitely be fixing this.

Place looks a bit empty. Anyway, at the moment UNSC ships above fighter class are having texture issues. Like, the main body is good, but things like airlocks, emblems, and such look like they are decals from an airfix kit that never got removed from their sheet. Blinding white background around the main decal when zoomed in. Further out, it goes away, but it's too far away to see the detail. Any fixes that I can do on my end, or will you deal with it in the next patch (please release some time soon)?

Its a Homeworld 2 limitation for people using mostly AMD cards. There is no fix, unfortunately.
