Nope, nevermind, I removed Reach and the game is still crashing. Going to have to replace ALL of the Barren planets I have

barren planets work tho.... wait, do you own the dlc(i am NOT accusing you of pirating, just making that clear)? ironclad may have put in a failsafe in to crash the game if you dont own the planets but they are present on the map.

I did ask for a mini patch to cover GSD but that has fallen upon death ears.

You are using the correct galaxy forge?

the one in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Sins of a Solar Empire Rebellion\Galaxy Forge

and not the downloaded one. 

i did that once i confess.

Well then, im not sure what the issue is, forrbiden worlds works fine, stellar phenomena needs coding still, so if you have removed all DLC planets and it still refuses to work, im not sure what the problem is.

I am 100% sure I'm using the Steam Apps Galaxy Forge. 

 

EDIT: Actually, I can share the latest map version I have after fiddling with it if anybody wants to take a crack at it and see it for themselves

Alright, I'll try and reverse everything I changed with the GSD files and try again

I did, then I got rid of it but it still didn't work. So I decided that I'll just make another map, this time try and read more about how the Forge works so that way I know what I need to do, because this was,  I'm admitting, more than I could handle. Checking with Eclipse...

 

Line 36:

- Expected keyword missing: starCount. Found: trigger
- Expected keyword missing: playerCount. Found: trigger
- Expected keyword missing: interStarConnectionCount. Found: trigger
- check structure definition. found unexpected keyword: trigger

Set Triggercount to 0 and remove the trigger - evidently Sins doesn't want that...
