that was a different Halo RTS mod for Generals Zero Hour named Halogen.
Any forum moderator out there. Don't ask an employee.
Most Bungie employees have never been to the forums, and wouldn't know what you're talking about.

Yeah, You're a lot less likely to get copyrighted by microsoft if you dont have halo in the name Spectre lol, also keep an eye out for some work im doing for this mod
