Seems like Jul 'Mdama's Song of Retribution is a "powerful example of the CAS-class" but there are varying types of CAS-class carriers with different specs and capabilities all around.  Waypoint also doesn't explicitly state that Infinity is superior to all CAS.  Considering Shadow of Intent's upgrades I wonder how it compares.

I had to look that up but I guess. Or you go to save him after he's been boarded but right before you can get to him he's killed. Like Blackbeard from AC4.

You gotta thank God I JUST finished that mission, 'cause had I not already known that, I would've found you, and would've killed you.

Someone needs to delete that post right now, I have not beaten that mission yet, and I have an urge to stab something now.

and you would have gotten flagged as a terrorist and been arrested on arrival but yeah I liked the mission and was equally sad when that happened.

The game has been out for a year. The general rule is that after a year of release spoilers go out the window.

I actually enjoyed that. It really gives him reason for his character change and shows that not all mainish characters are invincible. I also like Edward not being a badass and winning everything ever. Gets rid of the hollywoodism of most video games. You actually get fucked over often
