My Xbox 360 is an arse. It just keeps turning itself off, making noises, opening disc tray and reverting back to 480p at points in games. Why?!?!?! Damn motion sensor. Any ideas?

PS Master Race. It's funny because I love Halo and it's my favourite gaming series but I didn't get my own Xbox 360 until Halo 4 and I got a PS4 just a bit after it came out except I don't have a XBone. The only thing Xbox is good for is Halo.
