Wait, what? I haven't seen that yet, what is it?

its the same thing the vasari have, it lets you jump directly to other planets that have the stabilizer node. Essentially, it  allows your fleet to become a dynamic planetary defense

I easily say no. Why? The range of one can cover the entirety of a small asteroid. If you put multiple ones on that with hanger bays and mines it's going to be a bit tough to get through it.
