Most of these are great but I don't think you can get faction/race-specific random events. Things like the flood one would work but 'Heretics and Innies' or 'Sangheili Alliance' wouldn't. That said, I'm not 100% and some, like the Huragok Innovations, could be 'neutralised' (work for both players) if fiddled with. Shield world sounds like a good call as well, there's a similar one already in that sounds like it could easily fit.
false. just came from STA3, there were race specific rebellions occuring. it can happen.
