Everyone needs to download it for it to work. when you have downloaded it place it into your GalaxyForge folder.
right click as choose save link as.

Please note, as far as this map goes, only fill the first 4 slots, the 5th player slot is for a spectator, that is it.

Is this map against early game harassment? Cause.. Wormholes...
It takes a dwarf to use magma for snow shoveling
Only in Dwarf Fortress would you try to catch a mermaid to butcher her and make trophies out of her bones

A little bit, the wormholes are there more to prevent stalemates and to help provide multiple routes. Early game harassment is pretty difficult to accomplish though.

What browser?
In any case here the map is in a .zip file.
Same as before, Right-Click on the link and click "Save as..." Or "Save Link As..." depending on your browser. Or you can just click on ti and press download on the page that follows.
Then extract and put in the Galaxy folder of Sins.

Also where do you guys put the maps?
I use "C:\Documents\My Games\Ironclad Games\Sins of a Solar Empire Rebellion\GalaxyForge"
And it works fine but others say to put them in:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Sins of a Solar Empire Rebellion\Galaxy Forge"
Is there a difference?
I like putting them in Documents because they are easier to access.
