CRS-Class are one of the most effective classes in my book

CRS beats CCS!

CRS beats CAR!

CRS beats everything!

Anyone who says otherwise shall be executed in the glorious name of CRS!

The CCS class is more expensive, it's cost to research, the structure cost, and CRS can be made in vast number.

The CCS class does not launch a volley of torpedoes in awesome number that will scare off any opponent.

oh and the CRS class is faster.

So yes CRS class is superior.

And I believe I promised an execution.....  :D

I tried CRS spam against CCS spam once. I lost horrifically. I'm sorry but the CCS is far superior in every single way, and hands down worth the extra cost.

The hell are you talking about? I would rather have a horde of CCS classes over a massive horde of CRS classes. The amount of firepower coming from even a medium size fleet of 10 to 15 CCSs is enough to destroy an unprepared UNSC fleet

The money and research investment is damn well worth it

CCS right now is hands down better. It was designed to be better. That thing you said about the plasma torpedoes... that has no impact on damage at all, its just a particle affect. Eventually every ship in the covenant fleet will have a reason to be built but for now you just progress through the ships to the CCS.

CCS class ships can in numbers be invincible... I should know, they have demolished me more than enough times to say CCS class will win, CRS honestly won't, I kill those like flies, boom another one just died at the hands of my fleet

10 minutes later

Fleet destroyed, 50 CCS class ships glassing my home world, orbital defenses failing... game over

CRSs are good for most of the game. But once you got the resources CCSs are better and just last longer.

CRSes are better to take on Paris/Stalwart spam. However, once Halcyons and Thanatoses come into play, the CCS shines. Excluding research, a CCS can one-shot a Thanatos (initial burst), and two CCS down a Halcyon.
