Before I state this idea i realize both of these were outside the Milky Way and so would not be seeable but i think they would be cool skyboxes

 

Have either the Greater Ark or Installation 00 appear sometimes s a skybox when zooming/ed in.

I like the idea of doing something with the Arks, they were the factories of the Halo rings after all, the object the entire series is named after.

It could be done easily enough, I suppose. Especially if someone ever does a skybox on a cube mapped UV.
