I think both sides of Titans should have temporary invicinibility when their shield is down (or hull being critical), along with supportive perks to make following ships temporary stronger. This can make the titan duels lasts longer to battle instead of being destroyed in few seconds.

Doesn't make sense lore wise or gameplay wise?  What if it were more like the stabilize slispace ability from the Antorak?

Yeah, that's what I mean. I'm just saying there are far more fitting abilities to use on that than a slipspace stabilizer. I don't see why any other ship wouldn't have access to reinforcements either. Also, there are very few hierarchs. I'd prefer to keep the CAS as a heavy combat/siege ship with light support abilities.

There are 200 members of the High Council however.  And the Councilor's rank would be the reason why they'd have access to reinforcements I mean when Regret was in danger the largest fleet in history was dispatched to help him.  I'd imagine they'd deploy a fleet to save a Councilor.

The fleet wasn't there to help Regret. Truth wanted Regret and Mercy dead so he could assume complete control. Truth just accelerated his plans of attacking Earth because Regret was retarded.

I think it was there to help Regret though...or else, why would Truth bring both the fleet and High Charity to Delta Halo?

P.S. this reminds me of the scene when MC sees the fleet jumping in with High Charity...that scene gave me goosebumps everytime, I can't wait to see it in H2A...

Because it's the great journey, Truth have to bring followers to Halo for the 'sacred item', and activate the Delta Halo.

But it would do nothing. Delta Halo isn't near enough UNSC space to be effective (I think?).

Why did they being HC to the first Halo?

I'd assume they brought it to prevent Delta from going kaboom.
I mean, you realize they glassed the temple literally seconds after Regret died, so I doubt they even knew he was dead since everyone else was.

Not true.

"The Covenant Fleet just launched multiple waves of Phantoms."

Cortana: "Regret's carrier just received a response from High Charity. A very well encrypted message from the Prophet of Truth. Listen to this: 'Your haste has jeopardized the fulfillment of our Covenant, threatened our grand design. That you shall be spared a public display of our contempt is thanks only to Mercy and his wise counsel.' Truth, Mercy, Regret. Three Prophet Hierarchs. Killing Regret should shake up the Covenant leadership. But frankly, it sounds like you might be doing Truth a favor."

"You shall be spared a public display of our contempt" is heavily implying that he will survive.  They came to rescue Regret.  Truth may have been hoping Regret would die, but if the High Council got wind of this they would have removed him from his position real fast.  Just because Truth wanted his biggest rival out of the picture doesn't mean the military intended for his death too.  That's why Rtas and the Covenant Fleet deployed thousands of Phantoms to rescue him.

I assumed it meant he will be privately shamed/exiled/executed, as to silently do away with him for his heresy or some shit. Also, it is never clearly implied that the phantoms were pulled back because Regret died, it could have just been timely coincidence. Also, the "murderer was within our grasp" could also imply he could have been stopped if they weren't pulled back.

This is the wrong thread for this anyhow. Honestly, we could use more UNSC abilities than Covenant at the moment if you would like to start a thread for that. Some for stridents and Infinity would be cool too. I'm talking like all ships though, even frigates.

No probably just a private scolding.  If Truth executed Regret there was a large chance of him being deposed, especially after the changing of the guard.

Yeah it was.

As soon as you kill Regret.

Cortana: "Bad news, the Phantoms are turning around. The fleet is preparing to fire on our position. We need to get out of here."

Ah UNSC abilities, I'll draft some tonight.

They deposed the previous set of Prophets pretty easily for whatever reason. I don't imagine it would be too hard to get rid of one more. The Covenant isn't exactly known for showing mercy. Actually, Regret's death was the scapegoat for the changing of the guard in case you forgot.
Again, it could just be coincidence or she could have just noticed.

Regardless I'm pretty sure the entire thing was engineered by Truth. But again, this is off topic so this needs to end.

UNSC abilities are much needed though as this next release is going to change a metric fuckton of stuff.
