So are there any plans to add the Stalwart Class. Its known to be the perfect balance between the Charon and the Paris. Its also small than the two other frigates
It will be in rebellion.

Isn' the Stalwart frigate a faster, weaker version of the Charon? Also I don't really see a need for it.
It will be the rebellion corvette.

Wrong. It will replace the Mako corvette as the AA ship. Mako will move to the corvette slot or be replaced by a different corvette.

Will it still have MAC capabilities or just AA?

Will it still have MAC capabilities or just AA?
I asked the very same question and the answer was, yes, it'll still have a MAC.

It's quite reasonable to give it a (if not the lightest) lighter amount of MAC damage than the Charon, its design suggests that it has little place for the MAC cannon.
All frigates do the same amount of damage, they just have varying levels of cool down time. Stalwart will be the closets. Highest DPS will be from autocannons.

Oh, well it sounds reasonable. All frigates do the same amount of damage, they just have varying levels of cool down time. Stalwart will be the closets. Highest DPS will be from autocannons.
Haven't you said all the opposite of what Uni said, or is it just me being stupid? So the Stalwart is going got replace the Mako as the AA ship, it will have a MAC but it will have the longest cool-down and therefore the lowest DPS in-terms of MACs.

All the frigates do the same amount of damage but the vary in how often they fire. The Stalwart is supposed to be the lightest frigate and therefore have the lowest Damage Per Second for the MAC gun. The only way to alter the DPS would be to give the ship the longest cool-down time.
Edit:
Actually shouldn't the Paris be the AA frigate.
"The Charon-class light frigate has a large complement of dropships, ground forces, and ground vehicles. It is not as heavily armed or armored as other escort vessels of similar design. This implies a role as fleet support and troop carrier, although it is still capable of ship-to-ship combat.
The Paris-class heavy frigate boasts additional Titanium-A armor plating and a larger number of point-defense guns than standard frigates. Another major difference that has been observed between light UNSC frigates and heavy frigates is the size of the main hangar on the underside of the vessel.
The Stalwart-class light frigate is best suited for planetary defense, fleet escort duties, and troop deployment. It has a smaller complement of vehicles than the Charon class, and less armament than the Paris class, effectively balancing it between troop transportation and fleet support."
The Charon has the least weapons and armor and is therefore the 'lightest' vessel and should remain in the position it currently holds. (Unlocked at the start, not very helpful unless spammed.)
The Paris has the most armor and the best point defense (See: Anti-space craft guns). But it moves the slowest due to the additional armor. (Most HP and/or Armor points, Slowest frigate, most AA DPS, replaces the role of the Mako.)
Lets assume the Stalwart has same amount of armor as the Paris (Not stated) but doesn't have any AA guns (The picture) It also has less weight due to the lack of vehicles. It should be the fastest frigate because of no AA and no vehicles.
SO the wrap up: Charon unlocked at start and isn't really that effective at ship vs ship battles, Paris is fleet suppourt due to the AA, Stalwart is meant to attack other ships. So CHaron unlocked at start, Stalwart replaces Paris, Paris replaces Mako.

Point defense cannons =/= AA guns. The Paris-class is a Heavy Frigate because it is capable of holding its own in ship to ship combat, where the Charon is basically a giant drop ship and the Stalwart is what it's described as: fleet escort. And what does a fleet escort do? Defends larger ships, presumably from strike craft much like real world naval escort ships do.
TL;DR: Unikraken knows his shit and you guys should stop trying to one-up him.

Your mod you do as you please.
This kind of response would insinuate that you were not convinced of the logic above. Is that the case?
