On the map "Sotp Main systems", there are no slipspace connections to the stars. I can only get from Sol  to Epsilon Eridani by a long connection between two gas giants. There is no planet connection to Alpha Centauri. Is this only on my end, or are others getting the same problem?

What?

So you can't get to a star even in your own system?

Okay Rovert, you know how planets have a connection between them that allow you to jump from one planet to another? On the map "Sotp Main Systems", there is no connection from a planet to a star, meaning I can't get to any other system than the one I'm in. I can only get from Sol to Epsilon Eridani by a long planet connection between two gas giants, which takes about 5 minutes.  There is another system, Alpha Centauri, that I have no way of getting to.

And yes, I can't access my own star as well.

Theres no need to go through to the star, its a single system map.

Yes, the one in Sol took me to Epsilon Eridani.

Is Alpha Centauri just there for show then, no planets there?

Really so there's a bunch of random stars for no reason?

Okay then...

^This about sums it up.

For future reference in map creation, avoid things like this. People conditioned to SoaSE find the idea of random stars as a sign of something's broken, not background aesthetics.
