If you let your opponent have that chance then it's you're problem on a small map. However on a large map if your opponent masses the Super-carriers together then just avoid them and hit him or her where it hurts.Dont use the ship, never liked "carrier spam"

Ive created a fleet of 600 prowlers b4, im safe, and then ill have a backup desert planet full of frigate factorys and ill spam like 700 charons
but at that point, my laptop will blow up

Really? Guess cus when i played halo 2 decades ago it just felt rather large (but most things do from that perspective).
Check out the size of a Stalwart-class light frigate (smaller than any frigates in our mod besides the MAKO Corvette and the Prowler) compared to a SMAC platform:
