There is a language difference between 'Murika and the UK. I'm sure Golly is less bad for those from his region. I don't mind him when he's not harassing new comers. He has his opinions and he occasionally has sound suggestions for the mod. But I will admit, the hammer hovers above his head often.

Chaotic never tried to upset anyone. The dude really did think he was the only person brave enough to discard social conventions in the name of truth, and disregarded other people's feelings in the process. People really just shot him down as a troll because it was easier than exhaustively discrediting everything he said, or because the argument had progressed to a subjective disagreement, or the issue was time-sensitive and the consensus was against him.

Sorta... We aren't going to implement them at this time, but we do have plans for the future...

I don't think superweapons fit in the Halo universe all that well. (Well, besides the halos) Honestly I think that the team should remove them or replace them with weaker versions.

E.G. Intel Gun (3 minute sensor on a planet,) Emp Gun (Disable everything in orbit for 30 sec.) Slipspace gun (slipspace gate tunnel node, if these will exist) Ungodly nuke cluster gun (Similar to novalith, won't kill planets, just pop; and damages everything in orbit for 1000 hp and puts on a 5 sec emp disabling.) Lots of options here.

He was kind of a thorn in the ballsack with his constant arguments and objections to even the mildest notion. I don't like throwing power in the face in "I run this shit so listen to me" type of way, but if I wanted to avoid a long drawn out arguement or avoid something canon but gamebreaking, I'd have to use it on him pretty regularly.
