I like your attitude Spectre, but English is just fine around here, most swedes welcome the chance to hone their english. Besides almost everyone under the age of 75 is completely fluent in english.

 

Everything is not perfect here though, our youth performes worse and worse in the PISA tests every year despite numerous efforts to turn the trend around. But we are still part of the top pack

 

On a more entertaining note a brittish judge from the swedish iteration of Dancing With the Stars complained recently that that 15 year old youths in sweden speak better english than he speaks Swedish after 20 years in the country. He is fully fluent by the way.

Anywhere in western Europe or a commonwealth country will do fine. (not spain, portugal or france the culture is too alien for me)

Netherlands could also be an option, friendly people, a bit cheap, my dad is one of them (not that I know him) and their education is rather good, also not expensive that I know

Would be nice if the Kigyar pirate fleet could be added to the scouting branch of the covie fleet for the modc as their sole purpose was to find every scrap of Forerunner junk they could get their claws on, searching far beyond covenant space.

The Kig Yar "scouts" opperated under the Ministry of Tranquility. I believed there is a reference to that in the released version of the mod if not it will be in the next release.
