The fleet was screwed over by a UNSC/FLOOD fleet by 3:1 margin.... the damn AIs fed its ships to the FLood! But yeah.... i didnt see that coming....
My fucking assault carriers were FLOODed literally to death!!! my CAS Assault carriers should be able to take on UNSC fleet alone!!! BUT NO!!!! IT HAS TO BE FLOOD!!!! AI DAMN IT! Y U FEED FLOOD?!

But i did glass the Flood Home world... so it was worth it...
you didnt see the horror of seeing more than 200 Thermopaylae Super Carriers barring down on your fleet with support behind

I'm sure I'm going to come off like a dick here, but I honestly don't see how this shit is fun at all. There is no challenge to playing like that outside of you still being ignorant of the mods mechanics.

Some of the best games I've ever played is with the fewest ships setting and slow speed, now that's desperation!

Contending with the same number of ships with Impossible AIs in aggresive stance... Epic Fleet battles.... Include AI feeding the flood with their capitals.... 200 Thermopaylae Super carriers + flood support.... You get what kind of fight i am looking >,< both the AI and I has the same supply count and AIs always send ships of greater number than mine 2:1 ratio most of the time....

honestly I like sins of the prophets just the way it is so far, I see no reason to get that many capital ships.

Modding several files... in gameinfo folder...
I want to re enact operation first strike but... i am having trouble with Covvie AI being shy of letting out more than 16 capitals in a single engagement... so i become the covvie hellbent on killing all of humanity and turning their garden worlds into glass!!!

As much as I like epic sized battles in RTS I prefer small to medium sized fleet.. It provides a more immersive battle experience of skill.

People like playing with ridiculous situations? Is this hard to understand? You don't need a challenge every time you play to have a bit of fun.
Playing on hyper-focus/competitive mode gets really tiring at times. I just throw random shit together and see what happens. Sometimes I find a trainer for games and just put in unlimited everything for a campaign just to watch myself steamroll easy with no effort or see a shit ton of explosions or whatever.
I have no problems people modding the mod and doing ridiculous shit with it. Because I've done the same.
But for some reason you guys take this "game mechanics/challenge" high chair that I don't even take.
One of the first things, I asked myself when I came to SoaSE - how to make everything free and unlimited?
