Back on topic, The staff has made it clear thet the plot device will not be included in sotp as a usable ship. As for it's legitimacy in canon, I'm sure no one disputes it's existance. However many here feel that the visual representation of the plot device in Reach was sloppy and half-assed.
If you want the plot device included in sotp just try to imagine how a ship of that size would look in the sins engine, the thing would have to clip through planets in order to turn.
