Title says it all, I'd like to improve our map roster, but I want to know what you all would like.
What maps would you all like to see?

Meh this will sound stupid likely but a flood holdout map. Just a shit ton of flood planets everywhere but enough planets for about 4 players to set up defenses and fleets and so on.

You start with a single asteroid. The rest of the planets are dead asteroids. FIGHT TO THE DEATH.

Something like this:
The only way to get to your enemy's capital is passing through the centre, where Huge planets with big resources are - OR, through that tiny land connections behind your base - which can possibly be transformed in Slipspace Portals. Or just forget those connections and make a centre-focused map, just like Landgrab but smaller and with only 4-8 players, FFA. At the centre of the map, a Shield World or a Slipspace Portal that brings you to a Shield World / Halo.

how about a map that has a long narrow passage(1 phase lain to get to ether side) way and 12 planets on each side a 1v1 map of sorts
also a 2 to 1 star Reach based map and Earth based map for 2v2 and 1v1s
last idea, a map designed for the AI at challenging you and how strong your defenses are (if you like the idea ill give details)

A map that recreates the halo galaxy.
I want to slowly lose all of my planets to the covenant as im forced back world after world, until I'm at my last planet, then activate the cheat codes and win.

This:
->colonisable planet -> colonisable planet
Insaene starter planet ->colonisable planet -> colonisable planet -> flood world -> flood world -> Crisiss starter planet (small asteroid preferred)
->colonisable planet -> colonisable planet
It takes a dwarf to use magma for snow shoveling
Only in Dwarf Fortress would you try to catch a mermaid to butcher her and make trophies out of her bones
