I'm pretty sure i read somewhere the carriers were switched in the mod, is this true? if so is the athens going to be the new militia carrier or a capital carrier?
Also, with dev.exe, is the sheer amount of error pop ups still there or has it been slightly lowered?

the eion is way better looking and doesn't look like 2 other ships sollouettes
ita really annoying when you try to click on an athens, or the two phoenix ships but end up with the one you don't want

this happens to me fairly often and is at its worst when you have a couple of hundred ships in one system

The only ships that I have sincerely mixed up is the two Phoenixes....and I'm pretty sure they're the same model.

The Phoenix Colony ship should've been a bit smaller. Least that's what I think.

What? The Pheonix is a refit. That means it is outfitted with weapons. It's literally a converted colony ship. I don't understand how it would be smaller unless they really put THAT much armor plating on it.The Phoenix Colony ship should've been a bit smaller. Least that's what I think.

I certainly understand why they are the same model....because they are the same damn ship.
It can be occasionally annoying but I can certainly live with it in the name of the canon making sense.
I rarely use Phoenix caps anyway.

same base model (they essentially share a skeleton), but each has its own specific details that differentiate each from the others, especially the athens
