Oh hey, are y'all being productive in this thread while I've been awa-

slightly laughable that a halcyon refit would be able to activate that ability in time before said forerunner cruiser lights it up

I'm just saying there's a chance. If the ship is pre-occupied with other vessels you could sneak one in if the other player (or a.i) isn't paying too close attention.

at this time, forerunner cruisers outrange MACs, and do severe damage. A halcyon wouldnt stand a chance

Even the forerunners too which is why we are emphasizing that they are a remnant rather than a full empire.

Everyone, please note this while discussing this faction. They need to approached as an evolving set of ancient activated containment procotols, not a true empire. That should be apparent in the size of the fleets they're able to field.

I can visualize in my mind's eye a young Tesla (in a Ralph Lauren smoking jacket) enjoying an aged cigar and a glass of scotch while reading some Forerunner containment policy.

I don't get the point of this thread, though. I thought we announced the population balancing for the races months/years ago? Seems pretty clear cut to me, unless we need to add that to the FAQ.

We have a FAQ?

On the giant ass banner that is apparently incredibly easy to miss, even though you have to scroll past it to look at the latest content or post on the wall.
