I don`t think you can do an installation like you can with x360 games, so you`d have to re-purchase it. Kinda ruins the point, doesn`t it?

I cannot wait to see graphically enhanced Arbiter, Councilors, Honor Guards and Zealots.  Will be awesome.

Knowing 343 the will probably just re-texture some armor from halo 4/5 (assuming halo 5 is out by this time) like they did with Halo: CEA, but who knows, they are improving in quality.

Done by leviwastaken on deviantart.

Now its semi-canon as it was endorsed by bungie and 343. Considered by many to actually be canon.

Ah.

The infamous limbo of Fan-canon.

As I said its semi canon.
Did start out as fanon but was given plenty of media attention by bungie and 343. And his website has .bungie. Tag so must have permission from bungie to use it.
I think Levi was given a job offer by either 343 or bungie shortly after his release.

WHAT I REALLY want from Halo 2 Anniversary is the damn auto cannons on the front of the Wraith to fire at enemies when you drive it. Just in the Campaign. It annoyed me so much...

In Halo 2, the mission with the first Scarab, on Earth, there exists an easter egg in which you can find a plasma rifle that shoots the Scarab cannon beam death lazor of win.

Hilarious good fun.

Also I seem to remember a soccer ball, but this was like 7-8 years ago so memory's a bit fuzzy

Yeah Metropolis had a soccer ball in a blown up building that was right below the giant bridge with the scarab gun. It also had the Pelican you could ride out of the level and flip like a vehicle.

What was also fun was there is an exploit in Halo CE where you could get infinite ammo and invisibility on Assault on the Control Room. Somewhat tricky to do, but it was fun getting infinite needler or rocket ammo.

One Halo fan's perspective of Halo 2 AE made it to the UK Metro, basically points out the original games short comings but still manages to justify the need for the re-release.
