Sadly I don't know my native tongue- Gaelic as its mostly spoken in north of scotland but their are differences in English all over Scotland, my last boss for instance from Bathgate cant say "ken" instead of "understand"-

Ahh like we then. We Use a lot of latin and old English.

Quick question. And sorry if someones already asked. But will shiva missiles be increased in power? it only seems fair considering that they will become a much rarer commodity. Also is the hyperion missiles damage being modified? I know they wont have splash damage but it would be neat if they could disable or at least damage a CPV or CCS.
And on a side note it might be more in-line with cannon to make shivas stronger. It's been a while since ive read the fall of reach but if I recall correctly getting hit by a shiva was pretty devastating across a large area. Even for covenant ships.

Where you get ability points, but nothing to spend it on, until you pay to upgrade.
That's not a bug. While it should be changed by release, it is not a bug, it's a design choice.
Also will these harpoons be autocast ability upgrade? Autocast ability built in? or manual as with current?
The Shiva is on autocast on the beta; I've heavily tweaked with the autocast conditions to make it work reasonably well. The Hyperion will receive the same autocast conditions.

Will the new Shivas do any splash damage? Like if it directly hits a ship and the blast radius grows, will any other ships in that blast radius be damaged?

Shivas will have splash damage, hyperions will a bit, not shiva bad

Ships in the immediate vicinity of the shiva will have a very bad day. The other day Lavo nuked 4 bunched up CARs and 3 were vaporized instantly. Ships in the immediate vicinity of the hyperion, but not the direct target, will have a not-so-great day, but with a little time will shrug off the effects.

They will be resistant to EMP. They will still take damage.
