Well actually, the Iso Didact and what was left of the Forerunners escaped and reseeded else where. So it is possible they still exist outside of the Milky Way.

Have the Unikraken be immortalized in a rare planet bonus or have Jrspartans mother's number as hieroglyphs on a forerunner building, maybe have the number be in the shape of a valley? The Valley of the Digits!

Earth should have higher defence points, more than any planet so we can spam macs on it to protect the human homeworld , They should also start off with trade posts on each of the spawn planets

reach should give several bonuses, cheaper ship construction, the planet natrualy produces Titanium

Harvest should have low population but should have a good production of Hy Drogen

In previous campaign maps, I've included Trade Posts on UNSC home planets.

 

After the next release, I'll try to finish a campaign map with Earth having the Home Fleet+ODPs, and Reach having the Epsilon Eridani Fleet+Super MACs.

 

However, the Covenant fleet will also be present at Reach (followed by the Fall), so your AI ally will soon only control Earth and the Moon (the player will start with a fleet based at Mars, and a few other special things). The map will begin chronologically at the Fall of Reach, so Harvest will not be a UNSC home planet.

I plan on doing just that. I placed more than 300 ships around Reach, so it's definitely possible.

 

Hopefully, I can get around the awkward Super MAC placement by placing the Home Fleet in orbit around the Moon.
