If we are staying canon then sheild worlds and ark slipspace generators should remain separate forms of forerunner tech since one has never been seen to do the job of the other(Onyx's mini fire exit portals dont count) If it was possible to control the number of any given planet type would it be possible to generate a map with one Ark, 2 sheild worlds 4 Halo rings? depending on map size of course, be ideal for the multi/huge maps.

I was going to ask if you do make a shield world will you know right off the bat that it is a shield world or would you need to explore the planet to discover it? And would the rings be colonizable as well?

Hi guys, I was wondering since as far as we know wormholes do no exist in the Haloverse could we swap them out with these instead?
Perhaps have the portal within the ring otherwise the ring would have to be below the game grid.
