Hi I just downloaded the rebellion version of sins of the prophets and when i try and load a game, on any map, it does a minidump and crashes. 

 

This does not happen with any other mods or with the vanilla game.

 

Please help.

I downloaded the mod twice from ModDB and then once again from the link you provided after reading your reply.  I continue to receive the mini-dumps every time I try to launch a map.

 

The mod installs and enables perfectly and I have no issues navigating menus, choosing factions, changing difficulty, etc... But right after I do all of that and attempt to start the game, I see the load screen with a SPARTAN appear (attempting to play as UNSC) and then a mini-dump occurs.  Every time.

Is rebellion updated to 1.80? If you're following our instructions and you're not getting corrupt downloads I'm not really sure what to tell you here. That makes no sense. How long does it take you to download the mod? Maybe you have terrible trailer park internet that is corrupting it.

If you have a map that contains the Reach planet, it will crash.

use a set map, see if that works.

Don't use a random map, just choose a map from the list.

You can play capitals only, you cant play ship or any other victory type.

Yes, definitely.

Use only home planets.

Do a file integrity check through steam.
