Just the names.
Oh dear... Kheva...
What? The Longsword didn't even have a description when I put that in and I didn't have any directives to copy them from the string file.

Going to go ahead and call this:
Henceforth, the Halcyon Refit is the Autumn-class Heavy Cruiser. Make the appropriate changes in the wiki and game, please.

Wait what I thought the Autumn class was a completely different class built after the Human-Covenant war?
Wouldn't this ship be shielded like the Strident probably?

shielding would most likely be given through a buff (think advent hangar defense shield bestowal ability) that is unlocked via research. Thus, it would be the same design as the halcyon refit, except that it could gain shielding after the UNSC player researched that technology

Can you hold my hand and explain like with the "Phoenix-class Assault Ship?" Because right now I just want to egg your house.

Spoiler
That's a really strange name. Usually at least in the US Navy you just call it Pillar of Autumn. Much like USS Enterprise called the same name in multiple iterations.

It's not really strange; as you said, many ships are called the same name with iterations as -A, II, -1. But what disappoints me is that they try in every thinkable way to get some connections with the past, but they really don't know how. So while they redesign everything, they pretend to be connected to the old Halo games just because they do minor things such as naming a ship after the POA.

[SPECULATION] Most likely, with the autumn class, it is a refit halcyon, based on the "prototype", the Pillar of Autumn. All of the changes are modifications made to improve upon the first refit package meant for operation RED FLAG, and the additional modifications (which resulted in the autumn class) were most likely based on the battle reports of the combat above reach and installation 04. [/SPECULATION]

You didn't get the point of my post. It is logical, or at least it seems logical, that they created a new class, with better equipments and whatelse; but why did they named a ship after the Pillar Of Autumn? Why Pillar of Autmun II? We haven't even seen it yet, they showed us the Infinity was escorted by many Halcyons or Autumns, yet we saw none of them in action, nor above Requiem, nor above Earth. Then WHY did they show us six or more Cruisers if later they magically disappear? It seems that they wanted to give some Halo-feeling at their game, but we (and with we, I mean I) don't feel it like an Halo just because we see a bunch of ships in a CG cutscene.
