I am continuously amazed at how bad your opinions can get.
I feel as if they added the mantis because they said we want something that will make people think whoa that's baddass, in reality because og it i have played 1m multiplayer on H4.
In reality one hit from a high energy projectile and it would be on its back. At least the older models had arms, and a frickin thrustpack.

Well the Mantis looks like it already belongs in some type of Anime, I would prefer something from MechWarrior like a Wildcat or something.

Can you provide a link or quote, without further evidence this might just be a fan posting wishful thinking, hope it isn't true, would have prefered a more meaningful conclusion to the SOF mystery than a few pages of a comic book. course if this is all we are getting then at least its something rather than leave it unresolved.

I really hope so. He's been my favourite Sangheili since the very first cutscene with him in Halo 2.
Is it just me or the fact that one of the super soldiers Humanity should commit its survival upon is a betrayer looks inconsistent?

And what if, instead of Halo 2 Anniversary, this year we'll see a Halo Wars 2?
I'd rather see Halo 2 A though.

He is a Spartan IV, though. Not only are they pretty bad as a rule but in canon there are already cases of people being promoted to SIV just because of connections to admiralty and generals, not skill. Of course there is going to be a betrayer...

Because only Halo Wars vehicles were in Halo Wars, despite the lore behind the vehicles. 
I don't know what it is with Halo fans, but their speculations are always the silliest.

I agree but it does beg the question at least as far as the lore is concerned why none of the Halo Wars UNSC vehicles appear in the original games or books (with the exception of the Hawk- first mention in FOR, first seen in HW), I'd always assumed the scource of their production was lost when the planet it was based on was glassed but now thanks to the possible return of the SOF these units can now be upgraded and integrated into the current ranks of the UNSC forces.
