If anything it would be scaled up then since it was like 200mi in height and 175mi in width.

Halos will need scaled down, 70,000km is stupid.

10,000 KM for the MKII. 30,000 for the MK 1

Shit, yeah you're right. 30k is 18,641 mi. and 10k is 6,213 mi. Earth itself is 24,860mi. Would it really need scaled at all, then?

Kinda liking the idea of a High Charity planet type, could be done in the way of the slipspace generator and have the grav well the interior of the city and the capture point instead of a planet would be the Forerunner keyship and when you start to build all your stations it would look more like high charity as the majority of its inhabitants do live in floating cities around the forerunner relic, could have this planet type give you a tech buff from the go thanks to the san shyumm but you lose it if you lose High Charty, just like in the lore when the san shyumm survivors leave in search of their homeworld the covenant technologically regresses.

Couldn't you also pull it off as a star base with that one command that lets you move the government to it?

oh and the san shyumm are slated to be dead if not already extinct

At the time of halo 2 they numbered in the tens of thousands and with their selective breeding, dwindling numbers and stagnant gene pool they were staving off the inevitable death of their race, they'd hoped once they started the great journey they would rise to godhood and be freed from that fate but after the destruction of high charity and possibly the truth of the great journey revealed the survivors would have sought out the homeworld, no garuntees they would be accepted back with open arms as they originally did not leave on the best of terms.

Their home world is destroyed. The San Shyumm on their home world died along time ago when they took the dreadnought off the planet. Those who didn't come on the Forerunner ship were left to die. By now, the San Shyumm are virtually extinct.

There are some still alive. Some were already on ships and those that could evacuate High Charity. They took most of the Engineers with them, and I suppose Brute crews, and fled into hiding. It is talked about in Kilo Five.

It's said or heavily hinted at the brutes are mostly back at pack infighting and any organization they have is going to go away quickly they're probably going to resort to nuking each other again

Nope, there were 23,831,346 at the time of Halo 2, reduced to less than a thousand after the Battle of High Charity.

Begs the question where did they go, perhaps the insurrectionst type faction in escalation cut a deal with them and brought them onboard to help work against the UNSC, the enemy of my enemy.

Infected probably? I mean you do realize Truth left High Charity in a hurry, he only brought Mercy (which didn't end up being relevant anyways). I doubt he gave them time to pack their bags. Considering the Elites quarantined it, I wouldn't be surprised if they obliterated anything leaving the station, already adding onto their odds of living after their betrayal. They're probably mostly dead, and I'm glad they are. Useless fuckers.
